KUA-PPAS Drafting Targeted to Complete in 3 Days

Head of Jakarta Financial and Asset Management Body (BPKAD), Heru Budi Hartono said his party and the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) are currently drafting the KUA-PPAS in detail.
City Budget Could Be Used by April 24, Ahok Hoped
"Today, the KUA-PPAS is still being drafted by Bappeda. We hope it could be done at least three days. Now, I'm going to coordinate with Regional Finance Director informally," expressed Hartono, at City Hall, Tuesday (3/24).
With the Home Ministry, he mentioned, the discussion of 2015 budget would be accelerated. Based on the budget disbursement rules, it will not take less than 30 workdays after the ministry decree issued. While waiting for the disbursement, he continued, Jakarta Governor Basuki "Ahok" T Purnama had issued the governor decree related with the use of precedence budget. It could be used for basic necessity financing. It includes electricity, telephone, water, internet payment, freelance employee salary (PHL), civil servant's salary, disaster victims' necessity, etc.
"Since yesterday, the Regional Working Unit (SKPD) can already file for electricity, water payment, inner-security salary (pamdal). If the SKPD needs the budget, please be proposed," he disclosed.
The former of North Jakarta Mayor explained that there is no difference using the 2014 and 2015 budget. The difference is only its budget ceiling, that is Rp 72,9 trillion. While the program, can be adjusted to the 2015 budget. It is only diminished to Rp 180 billion.
"That would mean, we take Rp 180 billion and then defunct it. So, its budget ceiling is Rp 72 trillion," he explained.
As known, Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama received a letter from legislative regarding the refusal of draft 2015 budget. The letter is numbered 207/-071.762, by subject 'Disagreement' on the evaluation.
